Our Rose Bay store is closed from Weds 15 May through Friday 17 May. We will re-open Sat 18 May.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST@10% we will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. Orders for outside Australia will have GST deducted from the total before any money is taken from the card and the import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are calculated during the checkout process and are dependent on the size of the order and the destination. Product Descriptions

The company takes reasonable steps to be as accurate as possible. However, the company does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site as accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by the company fails to meet its technical specification, then the customers sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. 


Average delivery times for \'in stock\' items are 7-10 working days from receipt of order. Where possible we offer an express delivery service whereby, if the order has been received by 1200hrs on a working day, we will process the order that day and ship on a next working day service. However, it should be noted that occasionally our couriers experience operational difficulties and therefore this is not a guaranteed service level. 

Stock Levels

All of our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you. 


Most products will be shipped and handled by Aust Post. In some cases, Star Track Express or Clipper Parcels will be used, depending on availability of service to your destination. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated during packing at the factory on weight/s of the item and destination. 

Can I pick up the goods from your store?

Yes, we just need some time to have your package ready for you. This time will depend on what you have ordered. Please specify the store you would pick up from. 

No Response to email

You will find that we did respond but your spam blocker probably prevented our emails from getting through. This can be easily overcome by adding our email address to your contacts list.

Credit Card declines

In some cases the company has found that customers credit cards are declined when processing orders. In these circumstances the company will try on up to three occasions to contact you. The company reserves the right to process the order once the card has been approved. Cancellation of orders due to the time taken to clear a declined credit card will only be accepted at sole discretion of the company.
